  • How long does it take for my windows to be installed?

Once your deposit is made, please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of the windows from the manufacturer. Each window we install is tailored specifically for your home, utilizing the precise measurements obtained during our consultation.

  • How much is the deposit?

It depends on the amount you order. We can give a detailed deposit amount at the time you order.

  • What types of windows do you offer?

Endurance Exteriors presents a comprehensive selection of window options tailored for every style and need found in homes.

We cater to a variety of window types including bedroom windows, bay windows, picture windows, casement windows, garden windows, Palladian windows, transoms, sidelights, crank-out windows, sliding windows, and even skylights.

Our expert guidance will empower you to make informed choices to perfectly suit your spaces. Our product lineup features vinyl-clad, single, and double-hung sash windows, wood windows, and a range of glazing options from single to triple panes, among many others.

  • How do I choose the right windows for my home?

Endurance Exteriors equips customers with essential product knowledge. Initially, an Endurance representative will swiftly collect pertinent details about your home. After that, we provide you with a preliminary quote outlining the window options that suit your home's specifications.

We also offer demonstration samples for some of our products. The final choice is yours, and we are here to support you in making a confident decision.

  • What is the process for getting new windows installed?

An Endurance Exteriors representative will come to your home to assess the exterior and collect essential specifications. This visit will allow us to provide you with a preliminary quote and various window product options, enabling you to find the best choice that fits your budget.

A follow-up visit is necessary to take precise measurements and outline the full scope of work for the interior. This ensures that you are informed about any required trim work, painting, and related finishing tasks before the window installation takes place.

Once everything is finalized, the windows will be ordered, and we will schedule the installation upon their arrival.

  • How long does window installation typically take?

Smaller projects involving one to five windows can be completed efficiently. An experienced installer typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes to replace a window.

For a home with 15 to 20 windows, a professional team can usually finish the installation in two to three working days, depending on the overall project requirements.

Keep in mind that the removal of existing windows, preparation of openings, and any necessary demolition and debris removal will extend the timeline.

  • Are your windows energy-efficient?

Endurance Exteriors confidently provides window products that carry either Energy Star certification or NFRC labeling, demonstrating their compliance and efficiency ratings.

  • Do you offer custom window solutions?

Absolutely! Endurance Exteriors recognizes the necessity of custom window orders to fit specific openings or spaces in your home. Remember, the manufacturing process for custom windows typically requires six weeks, plus extra time for shipping.

  • What is the warranty on your windows?

ProVia is among our leading window brands, offering a warranty that promises your windows will be free from material defects for the lifetime of the original homeowner. This means that should you encounter any manufacturing defects, you are covered for as long as you reside in your home. Additionally, this warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner.

Another fantastic option is Marvin, also a top-selling brand available through Endurance Exteriors. Their limited lifetime warranty guarantees their commitment to quality for as long as you own and occupy your home. For extra reassurance, Marvin also provides a five-year warranty on installation from the date it was completed.

It's important to note that warranty terms and coverages can differ, so it's essential to review the specific details for each product. The information provided here does not represent a warranty or guarantee and should be confirmed with the actual warranty documentation, which will be available at the time of purchase.

  • Do you handle the disposal of old windows?

Installation of newly purchased windows generally involves the removal and disposal of old or existing windows.
